l78 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

Agreement Overview

By accessing or using the l78 platform — including the website at l78.onl, all associated games, sports betting markets, payment features, and account services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the l78 platform.

1. Eligibility

Use of the l78 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. l78 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with l78 under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the gambling and betting features of l78, you must create a registered account. l78 operates a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. l78 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

• Registration requires a valid mobile number. This number will be used for account recovery and verification.
• l78 may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC verification.
• Account details must be kept up to date. Notify l78 at [email protected] of any changes to your registered information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. l78 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by failure to secure your credentials.
• l78 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

l78 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. l78 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where payment method ownership cannot be confirmed.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by l78, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same l78 account.
• l78 reserves the right to apply a standard processing time to withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, even if the account has been verified previously.
• l78 does not charge transaction fees on standard Bangladesh mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. International card transactions may attract a fee disclosed at the point of transaction.
• l78 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any large deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

l78 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to that offer, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. General bonus rules applicable across all l78 promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited to your l78 account balance at the time the qualifying condition is met, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover requirement for any given bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.

5. Responsible Gaming

The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity and encourages all players to use these tools proactively. l78 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that gambling is causing the account holder harm.

• You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from your account settings page at any time. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion options are available from the account settings page. Short-term exclusions (1 day to 6 weeks) take effect immediately. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be honoured within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

In serious cases, l78 may report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the l78 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the l78 platform in a manner not intended by l78.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets on live casino games or sports markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the l78 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under false identities, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, promotional restrictions, or these Terms generally.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the l78 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of l78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the l78 platform without the prior written consent of l78. Unauthorised use of l78 content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the l78 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if l78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. l78's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your l78 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

l78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or is found to have provided false eligibility information at registration.
• The account is found to be engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, including fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of automated systems.
• KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied within the timeframe requested by l78, or the documentation provided is found to be fraudulent or insufficient.

10. Changes to These Terms

l78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, l78 will notify registered users by publishing a notice on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the l78 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the l78 platform immediately and, if you wish to withdraw any remaining balance, contact l78 support at [email protected] before ceasing use. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.
